Service Description

Our JOAD program is an invitation program. If your archer has been in a JOAD program let us know so we can work to get your archer in the correct class going forward. All our JOAD class are a weekly class on Wednesday or Thursday night depending on what program archer is placed in. Class last for 1 hour. Below explains the differences of each class. Most archers will start out in our Bronze class and work their way up with their archery skill. Please call for any questions 864-775-5898 JOAD Bronze is for youth archers that have completed an Explore Archery and Advanced Archery classes or that have shot with a NASP or S3DA. You will continue learning and perfecting the shot process learned during previous classes. This class starts preparing archers for competition and allows archers to shoot for achievement pins. We also start introducing the N.T.S. (National Training System). The is the training system created by the USA Olympic team head coach Kisik Lee. All of our JOAD Classes will be coached by USA Archery level 2 & 3 coaches. Our JOAD Program is for all archery disciplines (compound, Olympic recurve, barebow and traditional).  Requirements: Archer has their own equipment, Shoots at a minim of 2 pins shoots a year JOAD Silver archers compete in indoor and outdoor distance and our part of our Upstate Patriot team. Archer sets yearly goals to meet and go over with coaches. As a Upstate Patriot they help other archers learning the skill and show good sportsmanship when competing. Class is at outdoor field from March/April - September. Requirements: Archer has their on equipment, Shoots 3-6 tournaments a year, Shoots at home if can. JOAD Gold archers compete in indoor and outdoor distance and our part of our Upstate Patriot team. Archer sets yearly goals to meet and go over with coaches. As a Upstate Patriot they help other archers learning the skill and show good sportsmanship when competing. Archer documents there progress during the week and go over with coach at practice. Class is at outdoor field from March/April - September. Requirements: Archer has their on Target Archery equipment, shoots 4-7 tournaments a year and shoots at home or at a range to get in 50-100 arrow 5 days a week.
